Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Citadel. These Terms & Conditions govern your membership and your use of Citadellibrary.in and our study space in Baramulla. Please read them carefully — by using our services you agree to be bound by them.

Access to seats and private cabins is granted on a membership basis. Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or sub-let to anyone else without prior written approval from Citadel.
Access & Timings
Citadel offers 24/7 access to active members. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or unforeseen circumstances, and will give reasonable notice where possible.
Conduct & Silence Policy
Citadel is a silent study environment. Members must maintain quiet, keep phones on silent, respect shared spaces, and follow staff guidance. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
Payments & Refunds
Membership fees are payable in advance and must be cleared to retain access. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved at management's discretion.
Lockers & Personal Belongings
Personal lockers are provided for convenience. While we monitor the premises, Citadel is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables at all times.
Facilities & Fair Use
Amenities such as WiFi, air-conditioning, lighting, drinking water, and refreshment areas are provided for member use. Misuse, tampering, or damage to facilities may incur charges and disciplinary action.
Liability
Citadel and its staff are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our services, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on Citadellibrary.in, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
